Tasting Notes

Aromas of ripe strawberry and soft red fruits. The palate opens with a buttery texture and layered fruit notes, followed by subtle herbal tones and a touch of dark chocolate. Compared to our 44% Espadín, this 48% expression shows more structure and intensity. The finish is long, with a clean, biting edge that lifts the sweetness and leaves the palate refreshed.

Rested for 5 years in stainless steel vats before bottling, this mezcal shows remarkable integration and clarity. The finish is long, with a clean, biting edge that lifts the sweetness and leaves the palate refreshed.

This mezcal can be used in cocktails, though we highly recommend sipping this Espadín neat to experience its unique softness and depth. It’s a grown-up, complex take on Espadín — aged five years in stainless steel vats, resulting in a soft, deep, and refined mezcal.
